Starting from July 2013 ETC "ALFA-TRAINING " provides training and issues certificates for seafarers according the STCW-78, subject to the Manila Amendments, under the Protocol № 08/2013 dd. 04.08.2013, issued by the State Inspectorate of Ukraine for the safety on sea and river transport.
